Rundown: Haverford Music Festival

Haverford Music Festival is back for the third year with an assortment of musical acts, local grub, crafting and local non-profits.

Haverford Music Festival is back for the third year with an assortment of musical acts, local grub, crafting and local non-profits.

The free event at Eagle and Darby roads starts at noon and runs until 9:30 p.m. Saturday. While the event is free, $2 wristbands are available not only to help support the event but enter folks in drawings for raffle prizes donated by area businesses.

Here's what you can expect to see at the Haverford Music Festival on Saturday.

Music

This year, there will be an assortment of 40 bands performing throughout the day. Of the bands performing on the four stages are Allman Brothers Tribute band Live At The Fillmore, Del's Groove, barbershop quartet the Havertones, Suzie Brown, Laura Mann and Maggie's Guitar.

Vednors

There will be around 50 vendors at the festival ranging from A to Z — literally. Vendors include Bob's Bake At Home Pizza, Chickie's and Pete's, Frozen Delights Inc., Havertown Library, Nineteen 19 Bar & Grill, Testa’s Bakery, Zac’s Hamburgers and many more.

Raffle Prizes

There will be $2 wristbands on sale that enter festival-goers into drawings, but tickets can also be purchased.
