The first human case of West Nile Virus may have been discovered at CareSTAT Urgent Care Center in Manoa Shopping Center.

A possible case reported to the state by the center is currently being investigated by the state’s Bureau of Laboratories, however at this point “We do not have any human confirmed cases,” Kait Gillis of the Pennsylvania Department of Health told Haverford Patch on Monday, July 29.

Gillis said she was expecting test results from the Bureau of Labs on Tuesday.
