Read Haverford's Winter Operations Guide

Haverford Township has published a "Winter Operations Guide" explaining how the Township prepares for storms, operates during stormy conditions, and how it handles the aftermath of these storms, according to Ward Four Commissioner Dan Siegel.

Township Code prohibits shoveling or plowing snow into township streets.

"When a storm becomes particularly severe, the township will declare a snow emergency. At those times, parking is prohibited along various designated major highways," according to Siegel.
