PECO: Power Shut Downs Possible Tuesday
If you lose electricity Tuesday, it will likely be only for a short time.
Delaware County Emergency Services (DCES) has notified Radnor Township that PECO has issued a warning about possible power shut downs Tuesday.
"There is a distinct possibility of random thirty minute power shut downs during the day to conserve energy usage," according to DCES, as posted on Radnor Township's web site.
"Exemptions will be for critical care facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes. All others will be randomly affected by the shut downs with no prior notification from PECO," the statement reads.
