Nolan Work on Covered Bridge Almost Done

The historic bridge, which is the iconic symbol of Tredyffrin Township, has been closed for two weeks.

Restoration and repair work on Knox Covered bridge, which includes work by Haverford's own Nolan Painting, is due to be finished tomorrow, according to painters at the bridge on Friday afternoon.

The bridge, at PA 252 and Yellow Springs Road in the Tredyffrin Township section of Valley Forge National Historical Park is expected to re-open to traffic late Saturday afternoon.
