Easter Egg Hunts Saturday in Haverford
Patch wants to hear about your open-to-the-public holiday events.
Trinity Lutheran Church in Haverford is having an Easter Egg Hunt. According to a Patch Blog posted by the church's pastor:
Trinity Lutheran Church invites the community to our FREE Easter Egg Hunt for Children 2-10 on Saturday March 30 at 10 AM. The egg Hunt will begin at 10:15. Children are asked to bring a basket to collect their eggs. We will have two seperate areas for children to hunt for their eggs. Ages 2-5 and ages 6-10 will be is their own spaces. Candy and Prizes for all of the children.

- The Hillcrest Civic Association Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday morning from 10-11:30 a.m. at Steel Field. According to the HCA website posting,
2,000 eggs. That’s how many we are filling for our 7th annual Easter Egg Hunt, scheduled for Saturday, March 30 at Steel Field.
We’ll be starting at 10 a.m. with face painting, a raffle, local crafters, a jelly bean counting contest, coloring table, and complimentary lemonade and pretzels. The official hunt will start soon thereafter – and we’re even expecting a visit from the Easter Bunny himself! Our event will conclude by 11:30 a.m.
… Want to get more involved? We always need volunteers to help organize and run the event, or donors for raffle items and services. Please contact Gina Pompilio at (610) 772-1905 or ginacbs3@aol.com if you can volunteer or help with a raffle item. Monetary donations and wrapped candy are also welcome and appreciated.
Proceeds will again benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand and HCA programs.
- The Paddock Farms Civic Association Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for 11 a.m.-12noon Saturday at Paddock Park. Details are on the association's website.
