Dental Hygiene Students Make Halloween a Treat for Ronald McDonald House Families

Ten dental hygiene students prepared a Halloween Dinner on October 31 for the families at the Ronald McDonald House associated with St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The students purchased all of the food themselves with the support of class donations and funding from the Harcum Student American Dental Hygienists' Association Chapter. At the Ronald McDonald House, they prepared the dinner, decorated the dining room, and served the Halloween dinner in costume. "These women are amazing. Look at the great job they did," said Dental Faculty member Karen Naylor, who coordinates Harcum's dental hygiene community outreach projects.
