A Blessing of Self-Care: Evening Retreats for Individuals

Are you or a loved one dealing with acute or chronic illness? Are you feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable, fearful or alone? Do you want to find a way to decrease stress, discouragement and suffering? If so, attend these evening retreats that promote hope, community and healing in a sacred space.

Join Sr. Kayjoy Cooper, acj, two-time transplant survivor who has undergone dialysis for 19 years, and Patricia DeAngelis, two-time cancer survivor, as they walk you through their journeys of finding God’s love and peace through illness and suffering. They understand the range of emotions that illness brings, including fear, sadness, elation, disappointment, and the need to hope. Through these sessions, they will share their experiences of receiving God’s help and abundance in ways they never could have imagined.
