Tea & Stitch, Weed Inspection around Haverford on Friday

1. Weed inspection and herbicide application have been scheduled for all Haverford School District fences, playgrounds and ball fields for Aug. 1 and 2, according to the school district.

2. Tea & Stitch at the Haverford Township Free Library. Bring your knitting, crocheting, counted cross stitch, quilting, or other handwork specialty and have a cup of tea. Tea and Stitch is a program that has met every Friday for 10 years, according to the library. No registration is required.
