DESCRIPTION:The inaugural &ldquo\;Free to Breathe&rdquo\; Yogathon in Way
 ne will provide an opportunity for lung cancer advocates\, survivors and
  the community to come together to raise awareness and support in the mo
 vement to defeat lung cancer. All proceeds will benefit the Pennsylvania
  Lung Cancer Partnership&rsquo\;s research\, education and awareness pro
 grams.\nEven if this is your first attempt at yoga\, come out for an ins
 tructor-led session of 108 Sun Salutations\, a flowing series of 12 pose
 s which help improve strength and flexibility of the muscles and spinal 
 column. Yoga encourages wellness and caring for the body. Affirmation of
  life and spirit are intertwined with strengthening the body. With its f
 ocus on breath\, yoga is the perfect activity to support lung cancer awa
 reness and change.\nAll levels are welcome\, as we will be including mod
