3, 4, 5 year old and a parent or caregiver are invited to join Ms. Lisa for Parent/Child Preschoolers Yoga at the Library this winter.
Yoga has many benefits for kids and caregivers, including:

Enjoy your yoga practice together in this class designed especially for little yogis and their caregivers. Lisa Dombroski is a Certified Yoga Instructor RYT-200.
