Despite the dark cloud that’s been hanging over the national real estate market over the past few years, there appears to be a silver lining in Haverford Township, where signs of a market recovery are beginning to appear. According to statistics provided by the realtor Web site TREND MLS, the average sale price of homes was up in Haverford Township in 2010 from the previous year and homes sold more quickly last year than in 2009.
