Police Blotter: Cops Find Drunken, Unhurt Woman Under Parked Minivan

INCIDENTS:
Disorderly Conduct at Wynnewood and County Line Roads on 6/6 at 2:47 a.m. — Police were dispatched to the above location for the report of two subjects placing traffic cones across the travel lanes creating a traffic hazard. Connor Brown, 22, 400 block of Ellis Road and Michael Lawson, 21, 2000 block of Haverford Road, were cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Theft at the 100 block of E. Hathaway Lane on 6/7 at 7:58 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — two iPod shuffles and loose change was stolen.
Theft at the 2300 block of Clover Lane on 6/7 at 7:51 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — $150 was stolen.
Theft at Fay's Auto (400 block of W. Darby Road) on 6/7 at 10:43 a.m. — An employee reported that 70 inspection stickers were stolen.
Forgery at the 2000 block of West Chester Pike on 6/7 at 4:17 p.m. — Victim reported that a black male attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription.
Identity Theft at the 1500 block of Dorchester Road on 6/7 at 3:20 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person used his identity to file for an income tax return.
Theft of Services at the unit block of E. Eagle Road on 6/7 at 9:49 p.m. — Two unknown black females failed to pay their cab fare.
Criminal Mischief at the 700 block of Biddle Street on 6/7 at 4:25 p.m. — Graffiti was discovered on the bus route.
Public Drunkenness at the 400 block of Olympic Avenue on 6/7 at 3:41 a.m. — Police were dispatched for a report of a female crying for help. Upon arrival police located Samantha Nugent lying underneath a parked minivan. Nugent was highly intoxicated but uninjured. While being treated Nugent was belligerent and used numerous obscenities towards EMS personnel. Nugent, 39, 400 block of Olympic Avenue, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Theft at Charles Gans Plumbing (2400 block of Grasslyn Road) on 6/8 at 1:01 p.m. — The business owner reported that money has been taken from his desk on numerous occasions the past month.
Theft at the 100 block of Signal Road on 6/8 at 1:43 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person made two withdraws from his bank account without his permission or knowledge.
Fraud at the 100 block of Warrior Road on 6/8 at 2:55 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person made two purchases with her credit card account without her permission or knowledge.
Criminal Mischief at Haverford High School (200 block of Mill Road) on 6/8 at 9:11 a.m. — Vehicle windshield was cracked.
Narcotics at West Chester Pike and Ormond Avenue on 6/8 at 1:38 a.m. — While conducting a vehicle stop police observed marijuana, drug paraphernalia and open bottle of beer in the vehicle. The driver, Paul Rastatter, had slurred speech and lethargic movements. Rastatter was arrested and charged.
Theft at Haverford College (300 block of Lancaster Avenue) on 6/9 at 8:02 p.m. — Victim reported that she left her bag, containing an iPhone, wallet and SEPTA transit card unattended outside of her apartment building and it was stolen.
Public Drunkenness at the 200 block of Greenbriar Lane on 6/9 at 9:41 p.m. — Police responded to the above location of the report of a male passed out on the lawn. James Watkins, 31, 200 block of Greenbiar Lane, was highly intoxicated and cited for public drunkenness.
Disorderly Conduct at West Chester Pike and Manoa Road on 6/9 at 7:09 p.m. — While on patrol police observed Anthony Hughes hanging out of a vehicle yelling obscenities to a male subject on the street with his two small children. Hughes, 20, unit block of Morgan Avenue, was cited for disorderly conduct.
Public Drunkenness at Barnaby's (1900 block of old West Chester Pike) on 6/9 at 2:06 a.m. — Police were dispatched for the above location for a fight. Conor Garvie, 23, 600 block of Squire Circle, Naples, FL, and Douglas Allan, 24, unit block of Woodfield Drive, Short Hills, N.J., were cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Vandalism at the unit block of W. Eagle Road on 6/10 at 10:15 a.m. — vehicle was keyed.
Criminal Mischief at the 100 block of Juniper Road on 6/12 at 5:48 p.m. — Jermaine Hopkins, 19, 5800 block of Drexel Road, Philadelphia, was cited for criminal mischief for throwing a large rock on the hood of his mother's vehicle.
