It was a hot, sunny day on Wednesday, but the heat didn't stop a bunch of patriotic paraders from decorating their bikes, scooters and even power wheels for the South Ardmore Betterment Alliance Fourth of July celebration.

Kids had the chance to ride their bikes alongside Haverford Township's Oakmont Fire Company, making their way to Elwell Field for a best-dressed contest, food, games and fun. The event was emceed by Jason Guynes of 6:8 Community Church in Ardmore.
