A Darby Road property could turn into a new house, if the Haverford zoning committee rules in its favor on the 15th.

Brewer Properties, who own 1902 Darby Road, went before the Haverford zoning board in October to seek relief that would allow them to turn a 2.5 story structure into a two family dwelling.

Part of the requested relief from existing zoning code would also call of off-street parking in the area.

According to the township manager's office, a decision on the property will be made on Nov. 15.
