Second Annual Haverford Music Fest Gears Up
Saturday is the second annual Haverford Music Festival.
Saturday marks round two for the Haverford Music Festival.
Last year's festival drew an estimate of crowds of 5,000 during the eight hours, said festival director Tom Kelly in a Patch article. The 2011 event also raised near $5,000 in funds to be put toward township funcitons.
This year's event features 30 lives bands on three stages -- including the melodies of Blackthorn and John Flynn. There will also be a beer garden, food and art vendors, kids activities and a raffle.
The festival starts at noon and ends at 9:30 p.m. at Eagle and Darby Road in Havertown.
For more information, see the festival's website.

Hi Lori! Wish I had known earlier. My brother Eddie and I have been out since early this morning. I didn't know what parking was like for he and his wheelchair. I love Blackthorn :)
