Montco Health Dept. Inspects Haverford School

Not a single violation was found in the cafe, while the dining hall has some catching up to do.

 

The following Haverford businesses were inspected by the Montgomery County Health Department in the month of October. The 2012 food establishment inspection results for all of Lower Merion Township are available here.

  • Dust build-up on wall vent of deli area
  • Grease build-up in hood filters along cook’s line
  • Food debris build-up on floor in walk-in freezer
  • Light shield or shatter proof bulbs lacking over food prep table in kitchen

I thought that the Haverford School was in Delaware County!

You can eat of the floor....just not the walk-in freezer floor.

The Haverford school is located on Lancaster Avenue in Lower Merion Township.

Not to be confused with the Haverford High School located on Mill Road in Havertown which is in Delaware County

Haverford is a section in Lower Merion Township. Havertown is located in Haverford Township of Delaware County.
