MLK Celebration at Coopertown Elementary School

9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.: The Haverford High School Jazz Combo performs at Coopertown School.

The Haverford School Lower School MLK Day of Service and Celebration

9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.:  The day begins at 9 a.m. with a performance by the second-grade choral group, Coro Primo, in the Lower School Multipurpose Room, followed by a morning filled with hands-on service projects in the Lower School Dining Hall.

MLK American Red Cross Blood Drive at Nolan Painting

2 p.m. until 8 p.m.: At Nolan Painting on 181 West Hillcrest Ave., there will be a blood drive. “All customers who donate with us will be entered to win a free Nolan Painter for a Day, worth $525, PLUS a $100 coupon off your next Nolan Painting project."
