Leaf Collection Schedule for Haverford

See when your yard waste is getting picked up.

 

Haverford Township leaf collection for the fall is underway.

Residents should place their leaves at the curb, but not on the street, according to a release from the township. Waste should be out by 6:30 a.m. on Monday during collection week.

Here's the schedule for collection:

  • The week of Nov 5: Wards 5, 6, 7 and 8
  • The week of Nov 12: Ward 9 and state roads
  • The week of Nov 19: Wards 1 and 2
  • The week of Nov 26: Wards 3 and 4
  • The week of Dec 3: Wards 5 and 6
  • The week of Dec 10: Wards 7 and 8
  • The week of Dec 17: Ward 9 and state roads.

DON'T PUT YOUR LEAVES IN THE STREET. THEY CLOG THE DRAINS PUT THEM IN FRONT OF THE CURB.

I'm in ward 4 and my leaves were picked up today. I'm not comlaining just letting you know.

Do we know when ward 8 will have a pickup? It was scheduled this week and they have not come to get the leaves. I would like to know the day since I now have to go back and remove all the leaves that have blown back on the yard. Thank you.
