Haverford Businesses Make Phl17's Philly Hot List
The contest garnered 118,000 votes, according to the organizers.
The TV station phl 17 recently announced the winners of its Philly Hot List contest, and three local businesses made the cut.
More than 118,000 votes were tallied after the voting ended on Sept. 17, according to the contest website. The 6,400 nominees were whittled down to winners and finalists in 141 categories.
Among the Haverford businesses who made the list were:
Wooden Indian Tobacco & Cigar Lounge—2012 Award Winner: Cigar Shop (Runner-Up)
Cozzi Jewelers—2012 Award Winner: Jewelry (Finalist/5th Place)
Orlandi Dance Center—2012 Award Winner: Dance Studio (Finalist/5th Place)
