Cars Egged, Scratched in Haverford
The following information is provided by the Haverford Police Department.
Criminal Mischief at the Polo Field (900 block of Railroad Avenue) on 8/28 @ 1419 hours -Graffiti was discovered on the playground equipment.
Vandalism at the unit block of Tunbridge Road on 8/28 @ 1437 hours - vehicle windshield was shattered.
Criminal Mischief at the 200 and 300 blocks of Buck Lane on 8/25 @ 1226 hours - multiple mailboxes were knocked over.
Vandalism at the 300 block of Spring Road on 8/25 @ 1323 hours - vehicle was scratched.
Vandalism at the 300 block of Virginia Avenue on 8/24 @ 1610 hours - residence was egged.
Vandalism at the 100 block of Fairlamb Avenue on 8/22 @ 1918 hours - white paint was discovered on the victim's driveway and sidewalk.
Vandalism at Drexel Avenue and Dill Road on 8/23 @ 2336 hours - unknown juveniles threw and egg at the victim's vehicle when he was driving causing a dent.

Pretty soon cameras will have to be installed everywhere and not just places considered high crime areas. We might not like the 'big brother is watching' kind of lifestyle but these bored individuals with nothing else to do but cause people grief need to be brought to harsh judgment and quit being coddled.
