HAVERTOWN— In celebration of Halloween, students at all five elementary schools in Haverford Township ended a half-day of school on Wednesday by parading around their schools in costumes. The School District of Haverford Township was committed to keeping this long time community tradition to help provide stability to the children in the midst of the turmoil caused by the storm. Family and friends watched the costume parades.
